No personal checks will be accepted. 4. All merchandise and vehicles must be removed from the premises by 6:00 p.m. that day. 5. Sellers or any of their representatives will not bid on any items sold. 6. Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. 7. In case of a tie bid, the bid will be opened between the two claimers only. 8. Only serious bidders must hold their number high enough to be acknowledged by the auctioneer.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to have his or her bid seen and acknowledged. 9. The decision of the auctioneers is final and absolute in case of a dispute between bidders.
There will be a 10% buyers premium & 8% sales tax collected on merchandise only not on vehicles..
All titles must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. Titles picked up after 30 days will be charged a $25 fee per title. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given on any purchase.
